Frequently Asked Questions

How many people can volunteer?

  • Delivery Drivers: We recommend 8–10 people, working in teams of 2. This allows each employee to volunteer once a month.
  • Kitchen Volunteers: Best for groups of 6–8 people so everyone can actively participate in plating and packing meals.

When are meals delivered?

  • Kitchen volunteers begin at 8:30 AM to prepare meals.
  • Deliveries take place Monday through Friday between 10:30 AM and 1:00 PM.
  • Each delivery route includes about 10–12 stops.

Where do we deliver meals?

  • We serve about 225 homebound seniors from Jupiter down to Lake Worth/Lantana, and west to Greenacres.
  • Routes are assigned based on how close they are to your organization’s location.

How long does it take?

  • Each delivery route takes approximately 60 to 90 minutes.
